I am sure you are appreciating all that you have, enjoying life's beautiful moments, are mindful of your thoughts and desires.You can have anything you want in life, the strategy is very simple, all you need to do is feel good and take care of yourself. You are very special,there is no one like you in the universe. Your joy, energy, love, abundance,prosperity and well being is dependant on how you feel from the inside out. So how are you feeling? If you are not in a happy feeling place , gently shift your thought and reflect on one happy moment no matter how small it is.The key is to change your mindset a little at a time.
Life gives challenges and adversity, sometimes it feels that there is no way out and you feel overwhelmed and anxious.When things are not working out the way you want it to be, this means the old energy is shifting and is making room for the new.At times it feels as if the earth has been pulled from underneath your feet, and nothing is the same as you had asked for. You feel a whirlwind of many emotions circling in your mind. You begin to feel you have lost control of all that you had worked so hard for.It feels as if all the effort, time and energy which you had invested just got swept by a big tidal wave. You are now standing at the crossroads of your journey. Life is not the same anymore because a new momentum has taken over.
The old way of being or doing certain things is no longer serving its purposes. There is so much more waiting for you. Since old habits are hard to let go, you try harder to have everything revert back to the old way of being, because it feels more comfortable and familiar.The key thing to remember is that ,from the contrast,you have given birth to your new desires.This is when you look deep inside yourself ,for strength and courage to ride the wave of new energy and expansion. You need to let it be and go with the flow. Allow your boat to go gently down stream and not up stream. Do not argue for your limitations, just flow with the energy.
When you were born you came to live a great life on your own terms, life with love, luxury , loving relationships ,peace, contentment ,abundance,happiness ,financial freedom and much more. You did not say " when I go into the world, I will have a feathered nest. All great things will be there waiting to welcome me". Instead of looking at what is not working for you, accept what is and go easy.This is when you go back to basics, start life and take smaller steps. Allow yourself time to heal and regroup thoughts.Plant your own garden and nurture your own soul, buy
flowers for yourself instead of waiting for someone to buy them for you. Use your beautiful china and linens which you are saving for a special day or for that special someone.That special day is here and that special someone is you!
Have you ever watched a bird making her nest. First she carefully chooses the tree where she will make her nest.Then she brings one twig at a time and makes several trips collecting enough twigs for the nest. Often times she will discard a few twigs which she feels does not work with her nest. She continues to collect the finest twigs and does not wreck the entire nest from negative emotions. With time and patience ,she makes the most beautiful nest for herself and gets ready to have a family. She did not sit in the tree and fret about why she does not have a beautiful nest, but instead chooses to make one herself, fulfilling her dreams and desires. She soars high in the sky,enjoying her journey and lives life on her terms.
