Choose Your Thoughts Wisely and Lovingly

Here I am my lovely souls as I promised to write about “Thoughts” .

We have many thoughts that run through our heads during the course of a day and at times these thoughts stay with us and keep us wake at night and the cycle continues for a very long time.Thoughts are like waves in the ocean,flowing one after another, be mindful and choose a good feeling one.

This sets the vibration for you. All types of thoughts can be powerful.

We choose our clothes wisely, make sure they are clean,ironed, fresh and beautiful. We then dress up, put on lovely make up,wear jewelry to match the clothes and finish off with a lovely bag and shoes. Just the way you took the time to choose your outfit that is what is needed with thoughts. Given the energy, thoughts will gain momentum faster than one can imagine. One thought attaches to another and yet another and before you know these thoughts are wrapped together like a big ball of yarn.One small thought with multiple thoughts can become a very tall tower clouding all logic and clarity. Just as you got dressed in your best outfit, that is what you must do with your thoughts.

Stand in your power and let the negative feeling thoughts pass.You deserve the best so why focus on something that is not worth your precious time and energy. I understand that at times it can be difficult to ignore.You want to give that individual a piece of your mind and set the record straight once and for all.You get furious and are ready to put on your boxing gloves. Instead of taking that approach, you may wish to carry a little reminder with you, such as a button, magnet, crystal, or have a sticky note on your desk. I promise you, this will work really well for you with time. It is practicing a new vibration and changing your old habits. When you find yourself in the same space, I mean thinking the not so good thoughts, or recalling a incident, be gentle and kind to yourself. Here is a simple strategy, when someone is venting or you see something that reminds you of a situation and momentum starts to build, take a deep breath and focus on one good feeling thought. It does not matter how small this thought is. Just one small good feeling thought will take you off the other thoughts.It is that simple and easy. There are so many blessings and great things you have going on and so much to be grateful for. Keep on thinking good thoughts.

Another simple and helpful tip is to write in your journal. Writing is very a powerful tool and great way to release pent up energy. Write down everything about the situation or event that is bothersome to you. After you have finished writing,switch gears and focus on the positive aspects of the situation or event and write

these down as well.I recommend not talking about the situation to anyone as it will continue to build momentum again and you will find yourself going up uphill. I always say that a steeper hill is tougher to climb down.

I ask myself these two very powerful questions.Will this matter to me in a year ? Is this worth my precious time and energy?

I find myself focusing on my happy thoughts and all is well again. Create peace,serenity and count your blessings. Trust yourself and your journey!
