Relaxation and Mindfulness

I am sure you had a great day practicing new thoughts and enjoyed the process. It is ok if you found it somewhat challenging or went back to the old habit. Keep practicing and try not to be too hard on yourself. Remember the fun is in the journey and not so much in the destination. Little by little you will find your grounding and before you know it ,this will become your new vibration. As children we learnt to walk by wobbling, missing our steps ,falling and then one day there we were, walking with confidence and taking pride in the accomplishment.
Lets look at some powerful but simple visualizations you may like to try before going to bed.I understand the daily demands of work and family can be challenging.Now you need to take care of yourself and allow time to relax. If you prefer to be in your PJ’s please feel free, dim the lights and give yourself 15-20 minutes.I recommend sitting in a very quite and comfortable place and breathing deeply.
Now close your eyes and let it all go, the days challenges , deadlines,sales pending work , worries,family obligations,finances etc. It is time to focus on you my dear friends. You are special and in order to take care of others,you must take care of yourself first.
Thank the Universe,for all that went well and if nothing went well,I would ask that you focus on one small blessing and you will feel the relief and ease. Even if nothing went well during the course of your day, by focusing on one blessing from the past,one small thing that is good in you life, your vibration will shift. All the cells in the body consistently follow your instructions. Whatever you tell yourself, is what will be given to you.You are paving your own path.
The mind is extremely powerful. It translates thoughts into messages and reacts according to what you tell it . Each thought attaches to the next and before you know it,there is are numerous strings of thoughts inter -twining with one another .Then these thoughts become you! Focus on good thoughts and you see how all thoughts turn to good thoughts and the others will dissipate with time.You are no longer giving it energy as it is no longer important to you.We will talk about how thoughts become things in another blog at a later time.For now lets get back to relaxing and unwinding before bed.
Focus on your breathing and allow the energy of relaxation to fill you.It is ok if you need to refocus and regroup .Stay quite and breathe., feeling every breath which is consistently giving you energy.Now keep the focus on all your blessings and reflect on your inner peace. Do not force this technique,let it happen naturally. Be very good to yourself because you matter.You are very special and are worthy of all awesome joys of life.Trust your journey as you are the creator of your own life.
I recommend that after your meditation you get a good night sleep and rejuvenate .May you sleep well and fly on a high vibration the next day ,one that is full of love ,appreciation ,gratitude and happiness and self respect.
